TERMS and CONDITIONS:
a) Confirmation will be in Business. Travel is subject to availability.
b) All travel must be completed no later than November 30, 2024. No extensions permitted.
c) No Friday departures permitted in either direction.
d) Travel is valid for the segments stated above only. You can purchase additional segments through Qantas reservations at 310.726.1415 to be connected to an agent.
e) Travel is subject to schedule changes and may only be used on Qantas-operated services.
f) This award is excluded from frequent flyer mileage credit or mileage redemption for upgrades.
g) While Qantas will make every effort to confirm your reservations as requested, operational and/or market conditions may prevent us from doing so. In such an event we will ask your cooperation in adjusting your travel dates.
h) This certificate may not be sold to, bartered with, purchased or utilized by a third party. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, and are subject to government regulations.
i) Open to residents of U.S. 18 years of age or older.
j) Prize winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the price receipt and/or use including, but not limited to, airfare government taxes and fees (Approximately $250). Prize winner is responsible for all income taxes imposed on the value of the prize.
k) Prize Winner will be required to execute and complete a prize letter with requested flight details and an IRS W-9 form with the tax payer’s identification number within 7 days from notification. This information is needed for Qantas to complete IRS Form 1099 that reports the value of the prize to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service
l) Prize winner is responsible for securing Australian visas ahead of departure and any other incidentals and travel arrangements not specified in these terms.
